A quality of life inside...and outside. Can a city make this a condition of granting a building perm

First it was Toronto. Then Vancouver. 10 years later it's now Montreal's turn.

The beginning of the takeover of the uniqueness of Montreal:

The international style Skyscraper City.

So far, there doesn't seem to be any plans for employee comforts, either inside or out.

Are any being planned?

By the developers? By the City of Montreal?

This is the cafe area for the employees in one of the skyscrapers.

The total cafeteria space is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BIG

The space within it for the employees is soooooooooooooooooooooo small!

This is the eating area of the Conde Nast building in New York City

Designed by world renowned architect, Frank Gehrey! Employees eat in a room of amazing beauty!

"Hey, Ma, Here I'm a somebody!"

Montreal is in a state of aging. A perfect readiness for being torn down and the new to spring forward.

Are there any plans in the architectural plans for places for employees to sit and relax?

Inside?

Outside?

Can the City of Montreal take care of its residents the way the City of Westmount has taken care of its

residents? And together with the developers of the skyscrapers create sources of beauty that feeds the

employees of these skyscrapers with caring....and with love?

As the City of Westmount has with its delightful miniature park?
